Briven Inc. ("Briven," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

In short: we only collect the details you choose to give us so we can respond to your inquiry and provide our services. We do not sell your data, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it at any time.

Who we are

Briven Inc. is a retail and business solutions company registered in the Philippines, with its office at 1907 Parkway Corporate Center, Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Briven is the personal information controller responsible for the data described here, including data collected through our VELO product pages.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or reach out to us, we may collect:

We do not require any sensitive personal information to respond to an inquiry. Please don't send us more than you need to.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

To respond to you and discuss your inquiry — based on your consent when you submit the form.
To provide and deliver our services if we go on to work together — based on our contract or steps taken at your request.
To keep basic records of our communications and comply with tax and business regulations — based on our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

How your data is shared

We never sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you — for example, our form and email hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that service.
